Create a geofence rule
POST/api/v1/geofences/rules
Creates a rule that watches a rectangular area for one or more people (yourself or friends who share their live location with you) and records an event when they enter, leave, or both. cooldownSeconds suppresses repeated events, and templates choose how each event is delivered.
Access: Any signed-in user, with a session or an API token.
