Get a shared photo thumbnail

GET 
/api/v1/public/share-links/:linkId/photos/:photoId/thumbnail

Returns a small JPEG thumbnail of a shared photo. Timeline links only. Requires the access token from POST /api/v1/public/share-links/{linkId}/access-tokens.

Access: Anyone with the share link, using the link's access token. No GeoPulse account needed.
