Update timeline display settings

/api/v1/preferences/timeline-display

Changes how the timeline is shown, such as path styles and map options. Does not regenerate the timeline. Fields that are not sent stay unchanged; empty strings reset a field to its default.

Access: Any signed-in user, with a session or an API token.
