Server-wide metrics for the administrator dashboard.

📄️ Get dashboard metrics

Returns server-wide metrics for the administrator dashboard: users and GPS points (total and last 24 hours), and health of backups, GPS ingestion, geocoding providers, map matching, timeline jobs, weather, and security warnings.
