Create a normalization rule
POST/api/v1/geocoding/normalization-rules
Creates a rule that renames a country (ruleType: COUNTRY) or a city within a country (ruleType: CITY). New favorites and re-resolved locations use the rule automatically; apply it to existing data with the apply endpoints.
Access: Any signed-in user, with a session or an API token.
