Split a trip with a stay

PUT 
/api/v1/trips/:tripId/timeline/stay-split

Turns part of a timeline trip into a stay, splitting it into trip, stay, trip. The split is saved as an override and kept when the timeline is regenerated; undo it with DELETE /api/v1/timeline/stay-split-overrides/{overrideId}.

Access: Any signed-in user, with a session or an API token.
