Delete an OIDC provider

DELETE 
/api/v1/admin/oidc-providers/:name

Deletes a provider stored in the database. Providers defined only by environment variables cannot be deleted here; when a provider exists in both, it reverts to the environment configuration.

Access: Administrators only.
