Get a regeneration campaign
GET/api/v1/admin/timeline-regeneration-campaigns/:campaignId
Returns a campaign with its progress and the users whose regeneration failed, with the errors.
Access: Administrators only. In demo mode, the demo account can also call this read-only endpoint.
