Ingest Dawarich points

/api/v1/gps/ingest/dawarich/points

Receives a batch of points in the Dawarich /api/v1/points format and stores them as GPS points for the user who owns the Dawarich GPS source. Lets apps that support Dawarich send data to GeoPulse.

Access: Credentials of a GPS source configured in GeoPulse, not a session or API token.
