Resolve the place of a GPS point

GET 
/api/v1/gps/points/:pointId/location

Returns the place name for a GPS point: the favorite it falls into or its reverse-geocoded address, with the ID of the matching favorite or geocoding result.

Access: Any signed-in user, with a session or an API token.
