List all settings

GET 
/api/v1/admin/settings

Returns all server-wide settings grouped by category. Each setting has its current value, type, description, default value, and whether it still uses the default from the environment configuration.

Access: Administrators only. In demo mode, the demo account can also call this read-only endpoint.
