Re-run map matching

/api/v1/admin/settings/map-matching/rebuilds

Re-runs map matching over the stored history of all users. By default only trips that never got a usable match are queued again; with mode=ALL every stored result is deleted and the whole history is matched again. Requires map matching, historical backfill, and Valhalla to be configured.

Access: Administrators only.
